Description

This reminds us of creamy custard, it is the most gorgeous colour. The plain front cover is lifted by two lines of leaves and flowers which are etched beautifully across the front and give the album a truley classy feel. The cover is extremely thick and has been finished off to perfection at the spine side, so that the pages and cover do not come adrift. The pages also extend to the front cover, where they are securely glued in place and offer a proffesional finish. The rounded edges of the Sky Wedding Album match the rounded edge of the spine which is completely plain and intergrated into the cover for maximum strength. Manufactured to a high standard, the cream pages inside are thick, but lie flat when open and the glassine interleaves protect the photographs from comming into contact with each other. They are colour coded to match the cream pages and are made from shiny, acid free paper. The album measures approximately 12.5 inches square and comes complete with a protective box. The box is made form strong brown cardboard which contrasts really well with the plain cream album and has a plastic handle with which to carry it. The cardboard is corregated for additional strength, but not like a standard piece of corregated cardboard, this box is closer knit and the ridges are not so pronounced, so it gives a lovely textured feel to the box.

Each page measures approximately 11.5 inches wide by 12 inches tall overall, but the realistic useable size is approximately 11 inches by 11.75. This is ideal for 10x8 inch photographs, one per side or four 6x4 inch photos, two in portrait mode and two in landscape. This gives a total of 160 photographs per album at 6x4" size or 80 photos at 7x5 inches. The photographs can be stuck into the album using photo corners, photo mounts, glue or spray mout (all sold seperately) and the paper in the album is great for writing on, so notes and comments can be left.
