Monoculars

A monocular is designed to be used with only one eye and as such, is extremely compact and easy to use. Usually around 4-5 inches long and an inch and a half in diameter, a monocular scope is perfect for carrying in a pocket when out walking or for using at larger theatres when the stage seems to be a mile away. If you need Monoculars for birdwatching, then we have 8x or 10x magnification and many of them are waterproof, which is ideal when using them in heavy rain, or birdwatching near streams and rivers.

Monocular vision is a really cool way of seeing more detail than usual. More compact and lightweight than a standard set of binoculars, the handheld pocket monocular is easy to use and fits into a handbag, or pocket for easy carrying. Similar to a telescope in the way it works, the monocular is much smaller and as it is a single optical piece of equipment, there isn't much to go wrong, just don’t drop it! Often the optics on the monocular glass will be multicoated to give brighter viewing options and better surfaces for repelling dirt and dust.
