We have used many couriers in the past and to put it simply, DPD is as good as it gets. You will receive the full benefits of DPD's "Predict & Follow My Parcel". Remember to order before 2pm for same day dispatch.
For orders placed on a Saturday delivery, we would still require the order in before 2pm. If you order mid-week on a Saturday service, your order will not be shipped while the Friday. DPD's Predict Service still applies to the Saturday delivery service.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a re-direct service on parcels to be delivered to DPD Pick Up Shops.
We use myHermes for the free delivery / standard £2.95 service. On some occasions we may use DPD or Royal Mail depending on the destination and size of the parcel however we would let you know beforehand.
We offer a free click & collect service on all orders to our Sheffield Store. Once you complete your order, we will contact you once your item/s are available for collection - payment is then made in store. View more details here.
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days for none UK Mainland. We use either myHermes, DPD or Royal Mail depending on size, weight, value and service availability from each courier.

COVID-19 Update from DPD
New COVID-19 delivery process:
1. Our driver will maintain a 2 metre distance and place the parcel at your doorway
2. As proof of delivery, they will take a photo of the parcel, with the door open (you dont need to be in the photo)
3. Or if you are self-isolating you simple need to put a signed note on your door to tell our driver where to leave your parcel
COVID-19 Update from myHermes
There is currently no impact on our parcel delivery services but you will see some differences in how your courier will go about delivering your parcel from now on as we reduce physical contact.
We’re encouraging all of our customers to choose their preferred safe place for deliveries. If you have a tracking number for your parcel, you can go to the tracking section, choose ‘divert’ and select a safe place. This can also be done through our My Places app. If a safe place hasn’t been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, we’ll leave it there - even if there’s someone in the property. We’ll take a photo, which will be included in the delivery notification email.
As a preventative measure, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. We’re encouraging our couriers to follow all government guidelines and take extra precautions by frequently wiping down regularly touched items such as handheld devices, mobile phones, handles and steering wheels.
