We dispatch all orders that are received before 2pm on weekdays the same day (excluding bank holidays)
Free delivery is available on all orders over £30.
We have used many couriers in the past and to put it simply, DPD is as good as it gets. You will receive the full benefits of DPD's "Predict & Follow My Parcel". Remember to order before 2pm for same day dispatch.
For orders placed on a Saturday delivery, we would still require the order in before 3:30pm. If you order mid-week on a Saturday service, your order will not be shipped while the Friday. DPD's Predict Service still applies to the Saturday delivery service.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a re-direct service on parcels to be delivered to DPD Pick Up Shops.
Click & Collect is currently unavailable due to the temporary closure of our store.
We offer a free click & collect service on all orders to our Sheffield Store. Once you complete your order, we will contact you once your item/s are availble for collection - payment is then made in store. View more details here.

COVID-19 Update from DPD 23/03
At present we can report that our parcel collection, sortation and delivery operations continue as normal. We gace implemented extra measures in response to COVID-19 to ensure we protect our service to our customers and our people. Contact free delivery - We've improved our contact free delivery process to include photo capture proof of delivery. You will not be asked to sign our handheld units and our drivers will take a photo of the parcel at the point of delivery.
We want to confirm that all our parcel collection, sortation and delivery operations are continuing as normal. We can also confirm that we are seeing extremely good service levels right across our network.
If you are self-isolating, you can leave a note attached to your front door instructing our driver where your parcel should be left.
COVID-19 Update from myHermes 23/03
There is currently no impact on our parcel delivery services but you will see some differences in how your courier will go about delivering your parcel from now on as we reduce physical contact.
We’re encouraging all of our customers to choose their preferred safe place for deliveries. If you have a tracking number for your parcel, you can go to the tracking section, choose ‘divert’ and select a safe place. This can also be done through our My Places app. If a safe place hasn’t been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, we’ll leave it there - even if there’s someone in the property. We’ll take a photo, which will be included in the delivery notification email.
As a preventative measure, we will not be handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture signatures. We’re encouraging our couriers to follow all government guidelines and take extra precautions by frequently wiping down regularly touched items such as handheld devices, mobile phones, handles and steering wheels.
