Our store is back open. We have implemented some health & safety provisions to keep our customers and staff safe. Here are some of the changes we have made:
We are limiting the number of customers allowed in-store to 4 at a time. This is the allow more space to maintain social distancing
We are following all social distancing measures in-store and we ask customers to maintain a 2 metre distance from staff and other customers or 1 metre when 2 is not possible
All customers must wear face masks unless medically exempty. Staff will wear face masks and full face visors. New perspex screens have been installed at till points. Hand sanitizer is available for customers as they enter.
We are back open 10-6pm Monday to Saturday
Please note the following advice below highlighting changes to our usual in-store services
Service and Repair jobs will back up and running from the 15th June however turnaround will be longer than usual.
Sensor cleans will be back up and running from when we re-open on the 15th June. Turnaround will take a little longer than usual as the cameras will have to be held in-store for 24 hours before our staff handle them.

Olympus Test&WOW loan scheme
All Test&WOW loans are currently on hold with no date as to when it will be back up and running unfortunately.
Our service to sell or part exchange your equipment is running as normal. Please contact us to arrange a collection of your equipment,or you can bring the items in-store but we will have to hold them for 24 hours before we inspect your items.

We also stock a range of binoculars and spotting scopes so the bird watcher and wildlife lover can indulge in looking at a wide range of optics.
Our display of cameras, accessories, bags and tripods is second to none, whilst our Second Hand Department also attracts a massive following. The used section has its own display area in the shop and a dedicated area on our website which is updated daily to ensure that stock shown is as accurate as possible. We also have our very own in-house processing service catering for both film and digital printing with a choice of express or next day services.
As well as the normal range of services that you'd expect, we can produce prints from as small as a postage stamp or locket through to a giant poster measuring 24"x 60". Reproduction and restoration of photographs is another speciality. We also have contacts with other professional laboratories to be able to handle B/W films, E-6/Slide and medium format processing and printing.

Please also remember that our Car Park is situated adjacent to the shop so there is no need to hunt around looking for parking, it is free of charge whilst visiting the shop and there is always plenty of space available.
Just drive in through the automated barrier and to exit please ask any member of staff and we will be delighted to give you a code to lift the barrier.

The shop has a step to enter the store but we can place a ramp for wheelchair access.
Unfortunately, we do not have a lift to access the upstairs department but we can bring down any product to the ground floor.
