Outstanding Services Ready to Collect
For any outstanding repairs, develop/printing or any other services you had done with us, we are still available in-store for you to collect at the original timeframe given. Please knock on the door when you arrive and a member of staff will be happy to assist.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect in our Sheffield Store will be running as normal. Please place your order online or over the telephone and you will receive an email to confirm when the order is ready for collection. Please note, once you arrive at the shop, no changes/additions to the order can be made. Please get in touch with us beforehand if you need advice on selecting the right product as we cannot offer such service in person due to government restrictions/
Repairs at our service centres will continue as normal. We are offering a drop off service, please drop your item/s off including your contact details and description of the fault. Please do not include any accessories (no battery, memory card, lens hood etc), only caps where necessary. Please contact us prior to dropping off your equipment and we will take the £10 admin fee on drop off.
Sensor cleans will continue as normal either via drop off or collection. Please fill in the online form here. Please drop off your camera with a fully charged battery and include a note with all contact details. As with our other services continuing through lockdown, the camera must be dropped off in our boxes at the door with no discussion. We will check the camera and confirm before cleaning commences. Payment will then be taken on collection, or if you are choosing the collection service, payment is completed through the online form via PayPal.
Transfers will continue as normal. Please contact us prior to coming to the shop either via phone, email or live chat. We will need to know how many reels/tapes need converting and we will provide a quote. Please drop off your complete order in 1 box along with your contact details, we will confirm the price before processing. Payment will then be taken on collection, or we can arrange payment if you would like to have the item/s posted to you.
We will be offering a drop off service at our Sheffield Store. We kindly ask that you bring your film in an envelope with the following information attached:
- What you would like from the film (standard or high-res scans/prints)
- your contact details and address
Please note their will not be an opportunity for customers to give any further instructions or special requests on drop off, so please make sure all arrangements are done prior to arriving at the shop, or include these details in your envelope. Payment will then be arranged over the telephone/on drop-off.
We will be processing personalised photo gifts and canvas prints only, please email your print to us at email@example.com with your order details and we will be in touch.
Photo Gifts & Canvas Prints
To be arranged via email, images will need to be sent across to us. We will then send over a mockup example of how the item will look or advise on sizing via email before proceeding. Payment can then be arranged via PayPal invoice or over the telephone before work begins.
Our sell/part exchange service is running as normal. We are able to collect your equipment free of charge or we will also be offering a drop off service at our Sheffield store - provided an online quote has been given. We will have to quarantine equipment for at least 24 hours before they can be inspected. Please drop off your equipment in 1 box with paperwork containing your contact details and quote reference number. Trade in payments will be sent direct by bank transfer and part-exchanges can be completed either by click and collect or delivery via a courier.
We are unable to process returns in the store while in lockdown. The 14 day return period will be extended through to the first 14 days after lockdown ends. Please get in touch if a return is urgent.
For all ongoing services above, we will be operating on a meet-at-door basis, customers are not permitted to enter the shop for any rreason. The doors will be locked, we simply request that you knock on the door and wait to be served. We are more than happy to deal with any enquiry by phone or email prior to arrival at the shop.
Our Sheffield store is large, bright, comfortable and has a tremendous range of stock on show for you to browse. We deal with all kinds of cameras and related equipment from all leading manufacturers like Canon, Nikon, Sony, Leica and many others.
To ensure we can meet the needs of all our customers we deal with all levels of knowledge from the most basic point and shoot compact camera through to a full a professional outfit consisting of bodies, flashguns, lenses , studio equipment and all the accessories that goes along with them.
We also stock a range of binoculars and spotting scopes so the bird watcher and wildlife lover can indulge in looking at a wide range of optics.
Our display of cameras, accessories, bags and tripods is second to none, whilst our Second Hand Department also attracts a massive following. The used section has its own display area in the shop and a dedicated area on our website which is updated daily to ensure that stock shown is as accurate as possible. We also have our very own in-house processing service catering for both film and digital printing with a choice of express or next day services.
As well as the normal range of services that you'd expect, we can produce prints from as small as a postage stamp or locket through to a giant poster measuring 24"x 60". Reproduction and restoration of photographs is another speciality. We also have contacts with other professional laboratories to be able to handle B/W films, E-6/Slide and medium format processing and printing.

Please also remember that our Car Park is situated adjacent to the shop so there is no need to hunt around looking for parking, it is free of charge whilst visiting the shop and there is always plenty of space available.
Just drive in through the automated barrier and to exit please ask any member of staff and we will be delighted to give you a code to lift the barrier.
