Irix 15mm T2.6 Cine Lens | Sony FE is a Full Frame lens (43,3mm), covering Full Frame 35, Super 35, Red Dragon 6K, Arri Alexa, APS-C, MFT, Super 16 and other sensors. Functionality and Innovation

Irix 15mm is equipped with a 180-degree ring that allows accurate rotation and precise and quiet focus pulling. Markings on the lenses are available in metric and imperial versions, meaning users are not forced to change their habits.

An innovative solution used in all Irix Cine lenses is the adaptive ring, which adds to the lens’ overall ergonomics; both in manual sharpening and also when using follow-focus mechanisms. Irix Cine 15mm is small lightweight as well. All Irix cine lenses have approximate dimensions and weight, which allow quick and trouble-free setup changes without needing to overhaul the rest of the film set. The lens is equipped with a magnetic mounting system (MMS), which connects accessories, such as lens hoods (included in the kit).

The solid and durable construction of the Irix Cine 15mm guarantees work in any environment. The lens is sealed in 4 key places, which allows you to work regardless of weather conditions, rain, sand, and dust. Engraved markings on the lens have been filled with paint reacting to UV light, thanks to which filming in difficult lighting conditions becomes much easier. In addition, the lens allows the use of filters, so that work in bright environments becomes much simpler.
