Utilising the latest emulsion technology, this paper is the 5th generation of the world’s most popular range of black and white photo papers. It is a medium weight 190 gsm resin coated paper that has a neutral base tint. Ilford first released the world's first variable contrast MULTIGRADE paper back in 1940 and have since maintained decades of high quality.
The Generation 5 photographic paper has a warmer base tint with better blacks for extra depth, and improved mid-grade spacing with a smoother sensometric curve to provide consistent contrast throughout the thetonal range.
