Dorr HN-3 Replacement Lens Hood is for the Nikon 35mm F1.4 AI-S, 35mm F2, 35mm F2.8, 55mm F2.8/3.5 Micro and 35-80mm D-AF Lenses. Prevents unwanted stray light from entering the lens by shading and extending the end of the lens, this minimizes flare and ghosting. Also serves as a lens protector against accidental impacts.
