The Danubia WildView Binoculars are a fantastic range of binoculars and the 8x56 have a very large objective lens for outstanding light gathering capapabilities, which is particularly useful at dusk and dawn, when nature is at its most active. The ergonomic design of these binoculars provides the user with optimum strain free use and the high performance BAK-4 multi coated prism guarantees bright, brilliant, sharp images wich are rich in contrast from edge to edge. Ideal for wildlife viewing and night observations, their relative brightness makes observations at dawn or at night a great experience and the detail that can be seen when birdwatching is stunning. As well as the outstanding optics, the Danubia 8x56 Binoculars are totally waterproof and have a fog free system which is effective from minus 25 to plus 40 degrees celsius which makes them ideal for use in really bad weather.
The WildView 8x56 Binoculars are tough and durable and the rubber armour provides aditional grip, with a rougher textured pad where the fingers rest. Relatively heavy for binoculars, they really are worth the investment, as the glass used inside them is top grade and therefore chunky. Danubia have taken this into account, when including the neckstrap, which is a wide neoprene strap, which is really comfortable to wear. All models come with a hard shell carrying case, which gives lots of protection to the precious optics inside. There is an internal pocket, which the binoculars slip into so they don't move around inside the case and top flap has an internal mesh pocket for any small accessories like a lenspen or cloth. The top part of the zippered case has two velcro straps either side, so the lid can be positioned anywhere that is convenient for easy access to the binoculars The 5 year Danubia warranty covers manufacturing faults and all the versions are fitted with a tripod socket, so can be attached to a tripod, or window clamp, for hands free viewing and the twist up eyecups are a great help for users who wear glasses. The close focusing capabilities mean that they focus down to approximately 1.5 metres.
