Description
This two section monopod from Benbo's Trekker series boasts the tilting camera mount from the Trekker tripod, making it one of the most versatile monopods on the market. The fixed tilting mount allows the camera to be used in either landscape or portrait mode without the need of a head attaching and because it is fixed, it feels very secure.
The camera mount can be adjusted through 180 degrees which allows the camera to be used in both modes. Extending to 160cm (approx 5ft 25 inches) including the head, this lightweight, metal monopod has a large tightening knob for secure fastening when extended and a fixed rubber foot with rubber spike. The Benbo Trekker Monopod collapses down to 89cm (approx 2.9ft) excluding the spike, it is compact enough to be attached to the side of a backpack and weighs 600grams. The ergonomically designed head has the same solid locking knob as the leg and a 1/4th inch metal screw for attaching to photo equipment and has been designed to be smooth and tactile.
The Benbo Trekker Monopod will take a payload of 2kg.
