The Brian 2.0 Carbon Fibre Tripod with AirHed Neo 2.0 Ball Head from 3 Legged Thing is part of the Punks series of tripods and has now been redesigned with added features for greater versatility. Starting with a robust 14kg load capacity and an Arca-type AirHed Neo 2.0 ball head, the Brian 2.0 Darkness features three removable legs, which can be used as a monopod, as a boom, or a selfie stick when combined with separately available accessories. By adding separately available Vanz tripod feet, the Brian 2.0 can be converted into a tabletop tripod.

Three times the charm
Brian 2.0 Like all our twist-lock tripods features 3 detachable tripod legs. When each leg is fully extended it individually measures to 1.31 m / 51.57 " and can be used as a microphone boom or light stand. This also enables conversion to a table-top tripod with the addition of 3LT's Vanz tripod footwear (sold separately).

The 3 Legged Thing Punks Brian 2.0 Darkness has legs that counter fold around the column making him a compact 42 cm / 16.5 " – ready to travel anywhere.

3 Detachable Legs
Like their Pro Range 2.0 and Legends Range counterparts, the new Punks 2.0 tripods boast three detachable legs, enabling conversion to monopods or booms, and with the addition of optional Vanz tripod feet (sold separately) can be made into tabletop tripods.

Brian 2.0 Darkness can support weights of almost 8 times his own weight. With a 14kg payload, Brian 2.0  is capable of supporting a wide range of camera equipment.

3 Legged Thing have given their leg locks a facelift. With a fierce fresh look, they boast improved grip and leverage due to a combination of rubber pads and knurling. They've added weight to the leg locks lowering the tripod's centre of gravity, making the tripod more stable to allow use in many conditions.

Shaping The Future
3 Legged Things patented Tri-Mount plate has been refined and offers three hollowed spurs for accessory attachments, and enables Brian 2.0 to fold up, even when the column is detached.
