Description
The AirHed Vu is the first tripod head in 3 Legged Thing's range with a vision window to allow users to see the internal mechanism that locks the ball into place. The AirHed comes complete with the Arca-Swiss compatible QR-Octa plate. The AirHed Vu features a 360 degree panning base, knurled knobs for extra grip and leverage and the knobs are colour coded. The copper knob on the AirHed releases the QR-Octa plate from the tripod.

The AirHed Vu's casing features a viewing panel that enables users to see the internal mechanism.
Excessive Loads
The AirHed Vu is tested to top down loads of 40kg, giving it supreme stability and locking.
Smooth Operator
The aerospace-grade magnesium alloy ball coupled with our smooth locking mechanism makes operation easy and fluid.
Colour Coordinated
The head has colour-coded knobs to make them easy to identify during use day or night.
Detachable Clamp
The AirHed Vu's twist clamp can also be removed and used on any 3/8"-16 threaded device. The clamp includes security slots and a bubble level.
Powerful Locking
The AirHed Vu has a powerful locking mechanism, that is simple to use without requiring excessive force.
