Flatbed Scanner

Known for high quality scans, the flatbed scanner works by placing a document, book or slide etc on the glass base and then resting the cover on top. It is then a case of pressing the button and then waiting a few seconds for the light beneath the glass to scan the document and every detail on it.  It is really usefull for scanning delicate items that can be easily damaged by moving parts and also for anyone wanting to scan lots of flat artwork quickly.
