RETURNING YOUR ORDER

We are confident you will be more than happy with your order. However, if you would like to return your item please follow the simple steps below.

After you have had a chance to examine your purchase, if you are not happy with it, for whatever reason, then you have the right to return it, in its original condition, within 14 days for a refund or replacement. If you would like to return a product, then please follow the instructions below. If you wish to return an order from outside of the UK, please get in touch.

If your order is faulty, please contact us. 

• First, sign in to see your order history using the link at the top of the website. You can do this even if you didn't create an account, you just need to enter the email address used to place the order.
• Find the order containing the items you would like to return and click on "request return"
• Once your return request has been approved you will receive an email with instructions on how to send it to us.
  

If you do not see the "request return" option, your order may be older than the 14-day returns window. 

Terms and Conditions

New items: In order to receive a full refund, returned items must be unused and in as-new condition with any seals intact. Items which have been opened and can no longer be sold as brand-new may incur a refund deduction of 20%. Items showing obvious signs of use will not be refunded. In this case, we will either offer to send the item back to you at a cost of £5.95 to cover postage, or we will offer you a trade-in price.

Faulty Items: Please get in touch with us before opening a return request, send us an email or a message via our live chat. If necessary, we can arrange return of the item/s at our cost, alternatively, you can arrange to send the item back at your own cost. Please note we can only refund the return postage costs up to £8.

Used Items: Returns must be in the same condition as sold and must include all supplied accessories. Significant use will incur either a restocking fee or we may offer a trade-in price.
