Delivery Options

Bank Holiday Deliveries
Please note no deliveries or collections from the couriers will take place on Monday 6th May 2024. Please see below for the delivery schedule around this time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the bank holidays.
 

We dispatch all orders placed on a DPD Next Working Day service before 2pm on weekdays the same day (excluding bank holidays). Please note that the standard 2-4 working day service includes processing and transit time.

UK Mainland

DPD Next Day and Saturday Delivery

We have used many couriers in the past and to put it simply, DPD is as good as it gets. You will receive the full benefits of DPD's "Predict & Follow My Parcel". Remember to order before 2pm for same day dispatch.

We also offer Saturday delivery with DPD. All orders must be placed before 2pm Mon-Fri. If you order mid-week on a Saturday service, your order will not be shipped while the Friday. DPD's Predict Service still applies to the Saturday delivery service.

We can also offer Pre-12pm and Pre-10:30am deliveries with DPD, please give us a call on 0114 2859854 to get a quote or contact us via live chat at the bottom right of your screen.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a re-direct service on parcels to be delivered to DPD Pick Up Shops.

Evri (the new myHermes) 2-4 Working Days

We use Evri for the free delivery / standard £2.95 service. On some occasions we may use DPD or Royal Mail depending on the destination and size of the parcel however we would let you know beforehand.

Click & Collect

We offer a free click & collect service on all orders to our Sheffield Store. Once you complete your order, we will contact you once your item/s are available for collection - payment is then made in store. View more details here.

None UK Mainland

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days for none UK Mainland. We use either Evri, DPD or Royal Mail depending on size, weight, value and service availability from each courier.
