The Sony DSC-HX300 is a 20.4 Megepixels, 50x Optical Zoom, Exmore R™ CMOS Digital Compact Camera. Handle this compact camera just like a DSLR without the need to change lenses. Shoot wide-angle landscapes and zoom in for telephoto close-ups of wildlife using the powerful 20.4 effective megapixels 50x Optical Zoom Lens. Capture Full HD video and extremely detailed pictures with the Exmor R™ CMOS sensor whichcuts out picture noise for sharp and clear results everytime - even in low light conditions. This DSC-HX300 automatically adjusts it's settings to suit the subject - from close-ups to portraits. Also if your subjects moving, motion detection cuts out the blur in the images.
Shoot Full HD, sharply detailed videos at a touch of a button. This means you can shoot blur-free images even when zooming-in or when moving. Record in 50p mode and film 50 frames of Full HD (1920x1080). With quick autofocus, this camera allows sharp and blur-free shots even at high zoom settings or in low light. Shoot the image you need with a manual ring for smooth zoom/focus, jog dial, custom buttons and memory for your favourite settings. The BIONZ processor is able to shoot up to 10 frames per second with greatly detailed image quality. Shoot and playback your images and videos on the extremely detailed 7.5cm (3.0") Xtra Fine LCD screen. Shoot panorama images by pressing the shutter button and simply sweeping the camera across the scenery.
