Delve into the natural world and discover new species of birds, mammals, and more with the Swarovski dG 8x25 Monocular. This long-range optical instrument connects seamlessly to your smartphone device, offering a range of apps to help you identify species and share images of your favourite moments with the worldwide community. The Swarovski Optik Monocular is protected by its rugged housing and is fully operable in temperatures as low as -10°C and as high as +50°C - so you can continue spotting in a variety of different environments.
The Swarovski dG 8x25 Monocular has an 8x magnification and 25mm objective lens, allowing you to enjoy a bright view with plenty of detail. This Swarovski Monocular has a short focusing distance of 2.5m, allowing you to enjoy incredible detail from a close but comfortable distance.
The Swarovski Optik dG unlocks its full potential when connected to your smartphone. Swarovski recommends three apps to allow you to identity and capture all of your wildlife sightings. Apps include, the dG app to connect the dG to your smart phone, the Merlin Bird ID app which helps you to identify over 5,000 bird species wherever you are – and when you snap the moment, it transfers the photo directly to the app on your smartphone for you to view and share. The Wildlife ID app identifies Europe’s most common mammals, butterflies, and dragonflies.
