AF/MF Switch SIGMA’s Art line prides itself in functionality and that continues into focusing. The lens cap features an AF/MF switch so you can intuitively switch between focusing to fine tune the details. Inside the 35mm lens is the HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) that alongside an enhanced algorithm, works to deliver rapid but near silent autofocus. SIGMA truly gives you full control with this lens as you can switch into full-time manual focus to add those artistic touches.

Advanced Technology Incorporating the latest technology, the 34mm lens features three types of exclusive low-dispersion glass elements to reduce optical aberrations: ELD (Extraordinary Low Dispersion), SLD (Special Low Dispersion) and FLD (“F” Low Dispersion). By combining high-refractivity convex lens elements and a low-refractivity concave element gives SIGMA lenses a flawless result without chromatic aberration.

TSC (Thermally Stable Composite) SIGMA introduces the new TSC (Thermally Stable Composite) on the lens barrel, this offers minimal thermal shrinkage alongside exceptional hardness. Compared to polycarbonate, there is 25% greater elasticity.
