This is a really well made, compact, powerful flash from Nissin, who are amongst the best flashgun manufacturers in the world. It has a comprehensive TTL, wireless slave functionality and has a power socket for use with an external power pack (sold seprately) and also with the Nissin Commander which enables it to be synched with other Nissin flashguns. (again sold seperately). It covers a focal length of approximately 24-200mm, so great for most occasions and it can go down to an impressive 16mm wide angle when using the wide angle diffuser provided. The full colour LCD display makes it really easy to use and because it can be fully automatic, just slip it onto the camera and forget its there (after its switched on of course). The head rotates 180 degrees horizontally right and left and then has a 90 degree bounce for getting rid of those annoying shadows. The quick select dial, is really good for quick fine tuning and the quick lock foot means that the flashgun can be quickly removed or slotted into place when required. With a recycle time of approximately 0.1 0 5 seconds it really is a fantastic piece of kit and will prove invaluable.
