The Nikon AS-F NIKKOR 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR FX-format telephoto zoom lens has an excellent optical performance with four Extra-low Dispersion glass elements and a Super ED glass element - these come together to correct any aberrations and colour defects. The Nano Crystal Coating descreases the amount of ghosting and flare even in backlit situations and minimize camera shake by using the Vibration Reduction system with Normal, Active and Tripod modes. Use the Silent Wave Motor for quick, quiet and precise autfocusing - this lens has three focus modes, A/M (autofocus with manual override), M/A (autofocus with manual override, manual priority) and M (manual focus). The autofocus works even when a 1.4x teleconverter is attached to an f/8-compatible camera. This lens includes a detachable tripod foot.
