Description
The Manfrotto 494 Centre Ball Head is a small, yet powerful tripod head. The 494 aluminium head allows fast and precise camera positioning. Lightweight and compact, the 494 Centre Ball Head is ideal for anyone looking for a quick and easy solution which helps frame shots accurately. This trioid head is made of lightweight aluminium so it is extremely portable and strong enough to hold a payload of up to 8kg.
This ball head features three independent controls: a main knob for managing the sphere lock, an integrated friction control knob that adjusts the ball tension and an independent panoramic knob that keeps the horizon flat and moves the camera horizontally, enabling astonishing landscape shots. This 494 tripod head features a Manfrotto RC2 and Arca-swiss style plate. With this aluminium plate fixed to the camera, all Manfrotto heads and almost all tripod heads featuring Arca-style attachments can be set up quickly.
