Description
The Lomography Petzval 58mm Bokeh Control Art Lens in Canon EF Mount is a handcrafted lens combining historical design and modern Russian optics. This Petzval 58 Lens features a Bokeh Control Ring which allows you to achieve a unique swirly bokeh effect on your photos. The Bokeh Control Ring is on the top of the lens and can be adjusted between levels 1 and 7 - simply by moving the ring you can change the amount of swirl you get in your shots. By changing the level, you are adjusting the distance between the lens elements and this then affects the strength of the swirly bokeh you get.
The Petzval 58 Bokeh Control Art Lens is great for all types of photography; from capturing portraits and busy street scenes to architechture and wide landscapes. This lens also features a classic gear rack focusing mechanism and Waterhouse aperture plates - simply insert a plate into a shaft in front of the lens elements to be creative with a wide range of bokeh effects.
