The Leica 10x25 Ultravid Binoculars are brighter, sharper, more compact, more functional and robust than previous binoculars of its lens size. Extremely pocket-able, they loose none of their crystal clear capacity, by being small. Because they are so small, it's no problem to take them out on a day's hike, or use them for a golfing trip, or a musical evening as they won't be left behind for being too big or heavy.

These 10x25 Ultravid Binoculars are the updated pair available from Leica. This new version features a slightly re-designed housing and includes a high quality calf-leather soft pouch for protecting your binoculars. These Ultravids are also now manufactured in Germany.

Compact and Lightweight

They can easily fit in a shirt pocket or small bag and due to Leica's high quality aspherical lenses in the Ultravid 10x25 binoculars, they offer a sharp image quality right to the edge of the eyepiece without colour fringing which can detract from the quality of the image. Annoying stray light is kept to a minimum by the coatings on the optics and the matt finish of the body. The Leica 10x25 Binoculars have fantastic close focusing capabilities which means they can easily pick out a robin on the floor at your feet, a tiny flower head or beautiful butterfly.

High Quality Manufacture

The binoculars are very robust as Leica have developed a vulcanisation method which ensures that the rubber armoured finish is inseparable from the metal housing even in the harshest conditions. This is particularly useful as it ensures that the binoculars remain comfortable and safe to hold as well as keeping their good looks. They are guaranteed to be waterproof down to 5m (16.5ft) and are nitrogen filled to prevent fogging, so any bad weather doesn't stop enjoyment of the world around you and if you happen to drop them into a stream, as long as you can keep hold of them and they don't break, you will be fine. The rubber armour finish offers a warm and secure feel to the binoculars whatever the climate. Great for using outdoors, they are also perfect for concerts in large arenas, where the stage is a long way off.
