Description

This is a great idea for all wildlife lovers out there, as it can detect wildlife upto 12 metres away, then relays that information back to the receiver so its easy to locate the animal and follow it. The receiver can be carried on a belt or by hand and has an extendable aerial to give an even wider sweep for detection. The transmitters can be attached to trees or posts, using the fixing belts provided and have a dust and waterproof outer shell, to ensure that they can be left outdoors in all types of weather. The trigger time for the PIR is approximately 0.5secs and the radio signal has a range of upto 150 meters at a frequency of 433MHz. The three alarm modes are a vibration, LED light or a sound, to make sure that the animal is detected by the user and the unti is powered by AAA batteries.Camouflaged so the unit cannot be seen, it can be fixed into woods, or on beaches, to help find those elusive animals that want to keep their distance. Other detectors can be added to the kit to give a wider range or detection, they then all send signals to the receiver.
