This Dorr Smart Light 200W LCD compact studio flash head has a high-quality finish and a clear LCD display which displays all functions clearly, which is ideal in a studio environment. The power of this flash is 200Watts, so gives a powerful flash when triggered and the guide number is equivalent to approximately 42.
The Dorr Smart Light 200W LCD compact studio flash can be triggered by test-timer, photo sensor or the sync cable and has been daylight balanced, to give accurate colour rendition without the need for post production editing. The flash recycling time of the head is approximately 3 seconds and the power ratio is variable from 1/32 to full, thereby ensuring full control on the overall exposure.
Studio images can be improved by additional reflectors, soft boxes and umbrellas ensuring flattering portrait shots and detailed product shots when shooting for website images. Backdrops and background stands are particularly useful, for interesting or neutral backgrounds. Brilliant White paper rolls can be used to reduce colour cast and heighten flash reflection and the Batik style back cloths, are great for corporate portraits.
