This comprehensive lighting kit, is perfect for portrait, product or high speed photography and is compact enough to work in smaller spaces. The Smart Light LCD Kit has four L-2440 three section lighting stands which are fitted to the four flash heads by the spigot supplied, so that they can be all used together for optimum output and shadow free images. If less light is required, then all the flash units can be used individually, which makes it a really versatile set up.

The stands are robust and extend to 2.4 meters, being kept steady by the spreaders at the bottom.

The four flash heads have modelling bulbs in the middle off them, so that the photograph can be pre-set using a fixed light source and then switched off when using the flash. The LCD panel on the back, is really easy to read and has a separate modeling light mode from the flash mode, making everything simple.

The charging status of the flash is clearly displayed as is the acoustic 'flash ready' signal, charging status of the flash and power control lights for both the modelling and flash lights. The flash can be controlled from full to 1/32 and the adjustment is variable, giving excellent flash output control. The flashes trigger by way of the supplied wireless remote, which gives individual control of each flash unit which is ideal when using the kit for different photo jobs. 

The flashes recycle in 1-3 seconds depending on the power output setting they are set too and the test button allows the picture to be previewed before starting a complete shoot. Spare bulbs and fuses are available which is great for photographers using the kit on a regular basis and it has a 10 metre mains cable which should accommodate most studio set ups.

The two soft boxes are perfect for diffusing the light thereby eliminating harsh shadows and highlights and the barn doors, focus the flash light exactly where it is needed when taking shots of products or scenes. Also provided for the contril of stray light is a compact conical snoot, which creates a narrow beam of light which can be perfect for smaller subjects.

All of this neatly fits into a nylon carry bag, with a double zip top for easy access.
