Description

This Dorr Alu 1 Silver Aluminium Case is a sturdy textured metal case with internal high quality pick and pluck foam.

The diced foam in the base has pre-scored squares so you can literally pick and pluck to fit your specific equipment. The lid of the Aluminium 1 case also has a foam pad, but it isn't the pick and pluck style as it is a solid piece of foam with peaks, so it rests on top of the equipment inside when the lid is closed. The aluminium case has a sturdy plastic handle which is comfortable to hold, but is also supplied with a shoulder strap for easy transportation and hands free photography.

The wide strap has a rubber shoulder pad with a rough stippled underneath, so it remains in place when worn over the shoulder. The strap attaches to the metal triangular rings on either side of the case and can be quickly removed when not required. The Alu 1 case has four plastic 'feet' on the bottom on which it can stand, keeping it off the ground and has reinforced corners and middle-side areas for extra strength.

It's overall external dimensions are 46 x 34 x 16cm, when the case is laid down on the ground with the handle pointing to the front. These dimensions include the lid, which is 46 x 34 x 4.5cm on its own.
