The Dorr HQ range of tripods are such a versatile range as when they are not in use, they fold down to a mere 33cm, but will extend to an impressive height of 133cm making them a great addition to a photographers kit. The Dorr HQ1315 Aluminium Tripod is a 5 section, professional tripod made of high quality aluminium with a substantial ball head. It provides both a 1/4" and 3/8" camera mount (reversible) and can hold up to 15kg of equipment.
The HQ1315 Aluminium Tripod features rubber tips with screw-out spikes so the tripod can be stable on uneven ground. One leg of this tripod can also be twisted off and used as a monopod in combination with the centre column.
This tripod has a maximum height of 131cm with centre column extended and a compact folded height of 33cm, so great for taking out on shoots and because it has a strong ball head included, with panorama scale, friction control and a quick release system along with arca swiss compatibility, it becomes an impressive piece of kit. Supplied with carrying case with handle and shoulder strap, it is the perfect companion for any serious photographer.
