Ice Light 5500 is an easy handheld LED daylight light source which offers the ability to shoot and light in tandem without any need of heavy light stands or other mounting systems. The Ice Light has everything you require in one simple portable light.

The Ice Light features the layest lithium-ion battery technology and can also run of both AC or DC power. Batteries are built into the lightweight 1.3lb design and can run for a full 60 minutes at full power. Quick charging times are less than 2.5hours. Simply plug the Ice Light into any standard power outlet and keep it running continuously while charging the unit.

The LED array provides a soft, even daylight colour. The diffused front face offers an extremely soft and evenly wrap-around light source. This eliminates the need for additional light modifying tools. The lamps are true daylight colour and rates for over 50,000 hours of use.

The ergonomic design allows single-handed operation and requires no additional mounting accessories. Both ends of the Ice Light incorporate a 1/4-20 thread with the option of mounting to a light stand, titler bracket or mini tripod. Included is a carry case with shoulder and belt strap for easy transportation. Attach a gel using the included gel clips to easily go from Daylight to Tungsten or add colour for a more dramatic results.

Ice Light Power Pack Battery extends the Ice Light run time by up to 2.5hours at full power. Ideal for location use when access to a mains supply is either limited or not possible. Simply attach to the Ice Light using the accessory screw and connect with the supplied cable. The Power Pack is charged using the same charger supplied with the Ice Light.
