Leica Camera expands its APS-C System with the new Leica CL. Today’s APS-C format and technology offer the best ratio of compact design, ease of use and high image quality. The CL’s features a built-in high-resolution electronic viewfinder and all essential controls located on the top plate. The camera also has two dials with customisable buttons for setting the aperture, shutter speed, ISO and shooting mode – this is extremely ideal for when a photographer requires taking photos without moving their eye away from the viewfinder.
An additional display on the top plate of the camera provides all relevant settings at a glance. The user has full control at their fingertips when taking pictures with the CL and the finely tunes pressure point of the shutter release brings it all together with a tactile click. The CL takes still images at 24MP@10fps and records 4K Video at 30p and Full HD @ 60fps/30fps.
The CL-APP for Android and iOS allows remote control of the camera and quick and easy sharing of images. The app displays live view of everything the CL see’s which allows you to compose shots on the screen of your mobile device. With its archetypal design, the compact Leica CL sets a new milestone in the more than 100-year history of Leica camera development.
