UK Delivery
Orders that are in stock will be dispatched the same day when received before 3pm.
We have 2 shipping methods to choose from:
Standard Delivery:
All orders on Standard Delivery will be shipped either by Royal Mail 1st Class 'Signed for' or UPS Courier, depending on weight, size and value. Orders placed before 2pm should be received the next day, but this is not guaranteed service.
Special Delivery:
If you select Special Delivery then your order will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Special Delivery guarantees delivery by 1.00pm the next day (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays) to most of the UK. This includes Northern Ireland and Jersey. The delivery guarantee does not cover certain places, such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and some remote parts of Scotland. Please see Royal Mail's Website for full details.

If an item is out of stock we will place an order with our suppliers as soon as possible and usually dispatch your product within 3-4 working days. However on occasions the item will not be in stock at the suppliers and may take a little longer. We would of course keep you up-to-date.
We may ship your first order to a different delivery address, but this will be at our discretion.
If your order is sent using UPS you will receive an email with the tracking details once it as been collected by the driver.
