Sigma 85mm f1.4 EX DG HSM Lens - Canon Fit

This large aperture medium telephoto lens makes sure of a natural perspective and creates an appealing bokeh. The large maximum aperture of F1.4, a narrow deptch of field and appealing blur makes this lens ideal for portait and dim light phtotography. The lens effectively becomes a large aperture 127.5mm medium telephoto when sused with APS-C size digital SLR cameras.

One SLR (Special Low Dispersion) glass element is used for effective compensation of chromatic aberration. The molded glass aspherical lens element gives excellent correction of spherical aberration and sagittal coma flare. This minimises distortion and makes sure of a high quality image.

The Super Multi-Layer Coating reduces ghosting and flare, even when taking photos against the light, and makes sure of high contrast images within the focusing range.

The large aperture design provides excellent performance, increasing peripheral brightness and giving a bright image to look at through the viewfinder.

This lens has a rounded 9 blade diaphragm which creates an appealing blur to the out of focus area of the image.

This lens has HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) and this enables high speed and quiet AF as well as full time manual focus capability.

A petal-type hood is supplied with this lens.
