This lens would have an equivalent field of view of an 85mm macro lens on a digital SLR camera.

The depth of field of this medium telephoto is shallow, sometimes it would be necessary to have a larger depth of field because its challenging to take a sharp image of your subject and the background at maximum aperture.

This lens is equipped with a screw-in hood for use of circular polarising filters.
