Sigma 4.5mm f2.8 EX DC HSM Circular Fisheye Lens - Canon Fit

This Sigma 4.5mm auto focus circular fisheye lens for a Canon camera is individually designed for digital SLR cameras with the APS-C size image sensor. When used with digital SLRs with APS-C size image sensors, it produces circular images. The fast f2.8 maximum aperture gives a bright enough image in the viewfinder making this lens ideal for photography in low lighting. This circular fisheye lens has a minimum focusing distance of 13.5cm and a maximum magnification of 1:6 making it useful for close-up photography. The SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass gives sufficient compensation of chromatic aberration and Sigma’s Super Multi-Layer outing minimises flare and ghosting.  This Sigma fisheye lens is complete with a focusing system that generates high definition and superior image quality over the whole frame. The HSM (Hyper Sonic Motor) ensures quick autofocusing and allows full-time manual focus override by rotation of the focus ring. This Sigma Fisheye lens is perfect for photographers using computer stitching software which request circular fisheye images to be input, finishing in stitched panoramas. Because of the perceptible angle/area relevance it produces, this lens can be used for scientific applications like angle measurements of cloud range over the sky, or vegetation distribution of the rain forest canopy. There is also a handy holder at the end of the lens that holds gelatin filters.
