Returning Your Order

We are confident you will be more then happy with your order. However, if you would like to return your item please use the information below. We have tried to made it as easy as possible to return your order and will process any refunds within 10 working days.

Returning Non-Faulty Items

After you have had a chance to examine your purchase, if you are not happy with it, for whatever reason, then you have the right to return it, in its original condition, within 7 days for a refund. If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below.

  • Re-pack the item as it was sent to you, ensuring your details are inside either by returning the sales receipt, or writing a covering letter giving the details of the sale.
  • Take to a Post Office and use the signed for service (Non-Refundable)
  • If the item weighs more than 5Kg, then we can arrange collection through our Courier. Please contact us and we will arrange collection, but you will be charged for this service.

Once we have correctly received the item, we will refund the product value onto the card you paid with. We reserve the right to charge a £10 returns fee, when items have been purchased with free postage and subsequentially returned with no fault. Please read our terms and conditions for further information.

Faulty Items

If an item from your order is faulty, then please contact us to arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
