Payment Options
Online Payments
We accept the follow cards: Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Delta, Maestro and Solo. We now accept Paypal payment online, you can choose to pay via Paypal at the checkout.
Telephone Payments
If you prefer not to enter your card details online you may call and place your order over the telephone. We may not be able to accept a payment over the telephone if the payment cannot be guaranteed.. Please be aware however, that we use the latest security systems to ensure your data is safe online, and this is the safest way to pay by card. Verify by Visa, and Mastercard Securecode are vital additional security measures that ensure the cardholder only is using the card, by means of a simple password. Bank Transfers*
GBP - You can pay for your order via internet banking transfer straight into our bank account. To pay by bank transfer please place your order online as normal, when you come to pay, select pay by bank transfer (BACS). Orders will not be released until payment clears in our account. This is normally within two hours using faster payments for UK customers but can take longer depending on your bank. A European SEPA payment can be same day, or next day. Please contact your bank for more information if your order is urgent.
Euros - You can pay in Euros for your order via bank transfer. Please make sure you click the Euro logo at the top right hand side of the website for the amount to be displayed in Euros. To pay in euros by bank transfer please place your order online as normal, when you come to pay, select pay by bank transfer. Orders will not be released until payment clears in our account. This is normally 1-2 days for EU customers but can take longer depending on your bank. Please contact your bank for more information if your order is urgent.
Cheques & Postal Orders*
We also accept cheques and postal orders. If you want to pay by one of these methods, then please order using the bank transfer option. After placing your order please contact us to let us know that you will be posting your payment. Remember to write your order number on the back of your cheque or postal order. *We will reserve stock for your order for up to three days. If payment is not recieved within this time we will release the stock back into the warehouse. If you know your payment is going to take longer then 3 days, please contact us and we will try and hold your reserved stock for longer. However this is not possible for high demand items.
